Your order will be delivered within the timeframes indicated below. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, as follows:

• Mainland Portugal – Delivery within 5 -15 business days (after dispatch);

• Azores and Madeira – Delivery within 3-30 business days (after dispatch);

• Spain – Delivery within 5-15 business days (after dispatch);

• Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, and Switzerland – Delivery within 5-15 business days (after dispatch);

• Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, and Sweden – Delivery within 5-15 business days (after dispatch).

Shipping fees:
Free shipping on orders of €150 or more.

Customs duties and import taxes:
Due to different customs policies and import taxes, Qomita is not responsible for the payment of such charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. We also have no control over any additional costs, fees, or taxes that may be applied when an order reaches the destination country. The total price only includes the item price, applicable VAT (when applicable), and shipping costs.
