Exchanges & Returns
In accordance with applicable legal terms, Qomita allows exchanges or returns of ordered and received items within 15 days from the date of receipt.
To proceed, the customer must contact our team by email before returning the item. Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase.

Only products that are in good condition and in their original, complete packaging will be accepted.
All items will be inspected upon arrival at our facilities, and only those that meet the return conditions stated above will be accepted for exchange or refund.

If the customer wishes to request a refund, please note that:

• Refunds will be made via bank transfer.

• Return shipping costs to our facilities are the responsibility of the customer.

• The refund will only be processed after a thorough inspection of the returned products.
